Spent my birthday at this beautiful home with friends and family and will definitely come back!! We kick start ski/snowboard season on Mammoth opening day and Judson's house was the perfect home to stay! We've got everything we needed and the host is very reliable. I've had some questions all throughout our stay and we got prompt answers everytime. Everybody loved the modern cabin feels and all the amenities available which gives us no down time during our stay. Fun times all the way! Bonus part was when we left some important clothes when we checked out and it was very kind of Judson to find them and ship it to us back home. That's some A++ customer service right there! Will definitely come back and recommend!

This was the first time I stayed at Eagles Nest side and it was amazing! My friends and I usually stay at canyon lodge side during the snow season but this time we wanted to explore the other side of the mountain. This Airbnb was by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed at. Great for families, kid friendly, and big groups. My favorite thing about the Airbnb was the abundance of books they had for kids. My 1.5 year old son loved picking out the books from their bookshelf upstairs to read before bed time.

Location is seriously the best when the lifts are open. It’s literally ski in and ski out. I took my toddler out in the snow and he sled down the mountain several times with the sled that the Airbnb had. I plan to book this Airbnb again next season with my family and friends because it was 100 percent worth it.

This place was honestly PERFECT! The house was SO clean which was a HUGE plus with a newborn. The backyard was right on the slopes which is amazing. We had a great stay, we plan to come back every year. The host is very reliable, instructions are given before arrival and departure so you have nothing but a smooth stay.

The house was AMAZING!!! The views were stunning!!! The neighborhood was beautiful… super close to town … my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and play area!!! Highly recommend staying here!!! Can only imagine how beautiful it is during the winter

The Eagles Nest is as beautiful in person as it is in photos! It was the perfect place for our family to spend winter break. It’s clean and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. The hot tub is great. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for a big family. And best of all you can’t beat the location! You can literally ski in and ski out, and it’s a 5 minute drive from town. We can’t wait to go back!

Judson had great instructions with how-to videos that helped tremendously! The place was very tidy and clean. Home décor was fabulous and so fitting! The convenience of being on the ski run made our stay so much better. The views were incredible and being in the hot tub while it was lightly snowing was just magical. I would not only stay at this location again but I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you, Judson for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This property is located in an amazing spot close to the village and wow right on the slopes. We were here over summer with family. What a great place, the grandkids LOVED the loft so spacious and well appointed. We are a family of 9 each family had their own room and that is always nice. We have in the past stayed at hotels but wanted to have a gathering place, this is exactly what we hoped for. We have traveled a bit with our kids and they all said they would definetly come back. My grandkids said they loved it and thanked me ,well that pretty much sealed the deal. The best compliment is a desire to return .Thank you Judsons family for sharing your beautiful home with others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2024 - Group trip

We were very fortunate to stay at this beautiful home in Mammoth Lakes. We had plenty of room. Every one was really comfortable and the home has lots of space to spread out. The rooms upstairs have incredible views. Which made it a very relaxing vacation. Judson made everything super easy with videos and instructions. Never once did we have to try to figure something out on our own. The kids who are 6 and 4 loved the bunk room. So many toys, games and books to keep them busy. We finished our nights either playing cards at the large dining room table or watching a movie in the relaxing living room on the comfy couches and large screen tv. Can't wait to come back!

We loved Judson’s home. Our group only had adults, but the bunk beds look amazing for kids with their own playroom. The three on-suite rooms and bathrooms are wonderful for adults needing their privacy. The living room is super spacious for fun gatherings! We will be back in winter for a ski adventure! tome service right there! Will definitely come back and recommend!
